The Georgia Guidestones Were Demolished

The Georgia Guidestones were a landmark outside of Elbert County, Georgia. No one is sure who made the stones, only that it was commissioned by a "group of loyal Americans" in 1979. The Elberton Granite Finishing Company created the monument, and it was a tourist attraction in the area. It was nicknamed America's Stonehenge.
